Fit2Ski : Adult Strength and Stretch Program

It's time to get our bodies ready for winter fun!!!

The GYC and Gilford Parks and Recreation are excited to offer a new adult program for outdoor enthusiasts. FIT2SKI is a strength and stretch program for adult downhill and cross country skiers. This program will focus on injury prevention, core work, leg specifics (glutes, quads, hamstrings, etc.), ankles, and back, through different exercises that focus on agility, balance, strength, and power!
​This stretch and strength class is not only for skiers, but it will assist in any outdoor activities that we love to do. It is all about the progression of trying to make ourselves feel overall better in achieving your own specific goals as all different abilities are welcome!

Program Details
​For: Adults of all ages, abilities, and skill levels.

When: Monday Evenings, November 7- December 5
Time: 6-7:00pm
Where: Gilford Youth Center- 19 Potter Hill Road, Gilford
Cost: $25/entire 5-week session

To register for this program, please download the registration below and drop-off at the Gilford Parks and Recreation Office. Payment is due with registration form. Space is limited for this program. For any further information or questions call Parks and Recreation Dept. at 527-4722.
