The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):
1. TYBX2, LLC Application #2018000245 Applicant is requesting an Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirement from Gilford Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Sections 5.1.3, 5.1.4 & 5.1.5, Front, Side and Rear Setback Areas, of minor/slight setback encroachments of Building One and Building Two at 49 Glendale Place on Tax Map & Lot # 242-135.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.
2. NH #1 Rural Cellular Inc. (US Cellular) Application #2018000247 Applicant is requesting a Special Exception as specified in the Gilford Zoning Ordinance, Article 4, Sections 4.3.18 & 4.7.3(r), for the construction of a new 120’ tall Cell Tower, antennas, and related equipment at 429 Gilford Avenue on Tax Map & Lot #210-013.001 in the Natural Resource Residential (NRR) Zone.
