The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
1. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.1 MARCOUX FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST – Applicant proposes a boundary line adjustment between Tax Map & Lot #229-017.000 and #229-017.001, transferring 0.57 acres from Lot #229-017.000 to Lot #229-017.001, on property located at 304 and 330 Liberty Hill Road in the Limited Residential (LR) Zone.
