The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


    1.1    T.R. SELLING ENGINEERING, P.C./LOCKES HILL, LLC – Applicant proposes to establish a motel/hotel, restaurant, and public assembly venue for weddings and other events at the site of “Kimball Castle” at 59 Lockes Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #242-371.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone and Airport District.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2019000047.


    1.2    MEADOWBROOK FARM, LLC – Applicant is proposing to extend their “curfew” from 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for concert events held on Fridays and Saturdays at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion at 66 and 72 Meadowbrook Lane on Tax Map & Lot #224-008.000 and #224-009.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone, Airport District, and Aquifer Protection District.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2019000048.
